★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio perdí mi dinero que ise el pago en línea y al momento de llegar 1 cobran más que eso no te dicen al principio y 2 me bloqueó mi tarjeta por error de la cajera pesimoos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cancelaron la reservación sin aviso previo y sin una respuesta ni solución en el problema que nos dejaron, llegas a un lugar contando con un vehículo reservado y resulta que la cancelaron, sin ninguna disponibilidad en las demás agencias de renta…. Definitivamente no volveré a rentar con esta agencia.
Terrible service, they canceled the reservation without prior notice and without a response or solution to the problem they left us, you arrive at a place with a reserved vehicle and it turns out that they canceled it, without any availability in the other rental agencies…. I will definitely not rent with this agency again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation online, called to confirm that it went through and was told that it was. I asked if I had to put down a deposit since it did not ask for one online and I wanted to make sure my car would be there once I got to the airport they told me not to worry they would have it ready. Once I got to the airport and headed to the desk they said they didn’t not have any cars available only trucks which is not what I needed and much more expensive. Do not use this agency they will not honor their reservations and will try to charge you way more to get a car you didn’t even want.
