★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo creer lo inútiles que son. Hemos pedido el mismo vaso por casi 2 años. Cambiaron a la que nos atendía por una tal gloria y nos mandó algo completamente diferente a lo que necesitábamos, lo mandó a un domicilio que no es y todavía nos cobra más.
No les vuelvo a comprar
 I can't believe how useless they are. We have ordered the same glass for almost 2 years. They changed to the one that served us for such glory and sent us something completely different from what we needed, sent it to an address that is not and still charges us more.
I don't buy them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Error en impresión de nuestros empaques personalizados, no se imprimió correctamente el empaque que nosotros autorizamos.... pagamos alrededor de 50,000 pesos por esto, y te dicen que tardan 25 días hábiles, sin embargo se tardaron más tiempo.
Recomiendo que busquen a otro proveedor por mi experiencia con ellos.
Error in the printing of our personalized packaging, the packaging that we authorized was not printed correctly ... we paid around 50,000 pesos for this, and they tell you that it takes 25 business days, however it took longer.
I recommend looking for another provider based on my experience with them.

I have been a MexCup's customer for a year. In that time, they have shown excellent communication. Our orders have been processed in a timely manner. The products we have ordered have met our expectations. I highly recommend Mex Cup for all of your commercial printing needs and will continue to do business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con tiempos de entrega acordados hasta por 2 meses de retraso, entregan mal y se deslindan diciendo que fue un error de ellos y que no va volver a pasar y el cliente tiene que asumir sus errores.
En resumen muy mala experiencia con ellos más por el trato que dan a los clientes piden el 70% de anticipo y luego salen de que no tienen el producto y que están en espera de que les llegue.
They do not comply with agreed delivery times up to 2 months late, they deliver badly and they demarcate saying that it was their mistake and that it will not happen again and the customer has to accept their mistakes.
In summary, a very bad experience with them, more because of the treatment they give to customers, they ask for 70% in advance and then they leave that they do not have the product and that they are waiting for it to arrive.
