★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atienden en la línea de atención a clientes, después de una semana de insistir me dirigí al área de compras, les pedí el reemplazo de una pieza por mala calidad, yo les dije que ocupaba la pieza, que no importaba que me la vendieran. Me dijeron que me la iban a reemplazar, mande lo que me pidieron y después de más de un mes sigo en espera!
They never attend the customer service line, after a week of insisting I went to the shopping area, I asked them to replace a part due to poor quality, I told them that I was occupying the part, that it did not matter if they sold it to me. They told me they were going to replace it, I sent what they asked and after more than a month I'm still waiting!
