★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen atención al principio al realizar tus estudios pero cuando los vas a recoger mas o menos. Al explicarte tu resultado la doctora bostezaba y no me convenció. Lo pensaría para volver a ir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, todo el personal es muy atento y resuelven todas las dudas que tengas , pero tienes que ir con tiempo y paciencia para esperar, ya que tarda una hora para pasarte con la ginecologa o a ultrasonido ,dependiendo del numero de pacientes, pero siempre es aproximadamente una hora. Sin embargo vale la pena la espera para que te atiendan.
Excellent service, all the staff are very attentive and they resolve all the doubts you have, but you have to go with time and patience to wait, since it takes an hour to spend with the gynecologist or ultrasound, depending on the number of patients, but it is always about one hour. However it is worth the wait to be served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden bien y el trato es bueno, pero tardan muchísimo en entregarte tu recibo de pago, y otro tanto en atenderte.
Agende una cita a las 8 am y llegue a esa hora sin embargo tuve que esperar mas de una hora para ser atendida porque la doctora llego tarde, no se si sea así siempre pero creo que si te dan cita te deberían atender a la hora que te la dan.
They take care of you well and the treatment is good, but they take a long time to give you your payment receipt, and the same to take care of you.
Make an appointment at 8 am and arrive at that time, however I had to wait more than an hour to be seen because the doctor was late, I do not know if it is always like that but I think that if they give you an appointment they should attend you at the time that they give it to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te hacen esperar horas, te dicen que te entregan los estudios un día y resulta que no es así, el trato con el personal es pésimo, indicas cual es tu problema y te dicen y eso que? Pésimo.
Yo los recomendaba y ahora ya no lo volveré a hacer.

Terrible service, they make you wait hours, they tell you that they give you your studies one day and it turns out that it is not like that, the treatment with the staff is terrible, you indicate what your problem is and they tell you what? Appalling.

Respetaron mi cita (11:00am); los resultados me los dieron en 20 días, te dan un horario para recogerlos y te atienden conforme vayas llegando.
Yo me hice Papanicolaou y colposcopia con interpretación, que me costo $550 (promoción).

Personal médico muy profesionales y atentos; precios razonables; tiempos de espera muy tediosos aún con cita; "encargada de la unidad" como ella se identificó grosera y retadora, dejé mi queja en el buzón, pero creo no lo revisaron ya que no se contactaron conmigo para saber detalles de las situaciones que se presentaron con esta persona. Aunque me quedé muy cerca ya no volví asistir.
I went about a year ago, several times. Very professional and attentive medical staff; reasonable prices; very tedious waiting times even by appointment; "unit manager" as she identified herself as rude and challenging, I left my complaint in the mailbox, but I think they did not review it since they did not contact me to find out details of the situations that arose with this person. Although I stayed very close, I did not attend again.

Y al final llame y me dijeron que el médico había quedado que por la tarde! No puede ser que jueguen así con la salud de las personas! Eran urgentes, que digan las cosas claras y no se comprometan con algo que no podrán cumplir
Terrible service! I went for some x-rays and first they said they would send the results in the afternoon, then in the morning! And in the end I called and they told me that the doctor had stayed that afternoon! It can't be that they play like this with people's health! They were urgent, that they say things clearly and do not commit to something that they will not be able to fulfill
