★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las máquinas que reciben el dinero en el mexibus se tragan el dinero y si haces una denuncia con los polis te dicen que tienes que ir a atención a clientes a las Américas o a la estación del Carmen ya estando ahi te dicen que tienes que dejar tu tarjeta del mexibus para que cheque si en realidad hiciste la recarga es una pérdida de tiempo y a fin de cuentas no te resuelven nada.
The machines that receive the money in the mexibus swallow the money and if you make a complaint with the cops they tell you that you have to go to customer service in the Americas or the Carmen station and while there they tell you that you have to leave your card from the mexibus to check if you actually did the recharge is a waste of time and in the end they do not solve anything for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojo las máquinas se tragan tu dinero, puede ser billete o monedas, no hay nadie que te dé una orientación adecuada, y en las Américas la persona que está a cargo de servicio a clientes es por demás inoperante, grosera, poco empática, y es evidente NO le gusta el trato con el cliente, ni su trabajo.
