★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sirve la única maquina para recargar la tarjeta, en general la linea no cuenta con la información de llegada de los autobuses, la distancia entre el ordinario y el expreso es muy grande y ya noche entre 10:00pm y 12:00am que es cuando sale el último supuestamente tardan casi una hora en pasar, muy mal servicio y como siempre, muy alto el precio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay que tener mucho cuidado con los carteristas ya que siempre al ingresar al Mexibús de ciudad azteca es cuando te roban las cosas y cuando les dices a los policías de ahí t dicen que no hay cámaras y que hay que reportar la denuncia hasta el mexibus de central de abastos, es decir cero solución. Del servicio como tal no me quejo aunque eso sí, casi nunca tienen tarjetas de mexibus para poder comprarla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy que lo aborde, resulta que No Funcionan las Máquinas expendedoras y para recargar las tarjetas. El personal cobra de manera directa con el dinero allí a la vista de todos, exponiendo de ésta manera su Integridad Física. Es URGENTE qué Reparen esas máquinas!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del transporte es pésimo; las máquinas expendidoras son inservibles, el personal operativo y de vigilancia son prepotentes y negligentes con los usuarios. A ello se suma que los conductores constantemente se pasan los semáforos (estación Primero de Mayo); y a veces van a velocidades altas o a vuelta de rueda.
Recomiendo que quienes tomen el servicio (ya que no hay otro) vayan con tiempo para llegar a su destino.
The transportation service is lousy; the vending machines are useless, the operational and security personnel are arrogant and negligent with the users. Added to this is the fact that drivers constantly pass the traffic lights (Primero de Mayo station); and sometimes they go at high speeds or at wheel spin.
I recommend that those who take the service (since there is no other) go with time to reach their destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas las estaciones del mexibus están igual, la queja es el pésimo servio las unidades sucias, los chóferes déspotas a pesar de saber que su unidad va llena no consideran el tiempo que pueden tardar las personas en bajar y cierran sin considerar que pueden lastimar a una persona perque también ellos saben en que estaciones baja más gente a sí que no hay pretexto por parte de los chóferes. De la distribución o tiempo en que tardan en pasar sus unidades mi queja seria para el servicio expreso a ojo de agua es una grosería el tiempo que manejan entre unidades.
