Ya me a pasado mas de una vez y nunca hay nadie en ventanilla nadie te reembolsa y no es por el dinero si no por el servicio que ofrece .nadie se acerca a auxiliarte y termino pagando mas de un pasaje
I give one star and not because the teansport is bad, but because the machine swallows the trips when passing it. It has happened to me more than once and there is never anyone at the window, nobody reimburses you and it is not for the money but for the service it offers. Nobody comes to help you and I end up paying more than one ticket
