★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima valoración médica con equipos muy viejos. Los niños sufren bastante. Citas tardadísimas y atención terrible hacia los niños. Las psicólogas bien en lo que cabe, pero la parte médica terrible. La doctora no es nada paciente con los niños que no logran quedarse dormidos para realizar los potenciales, nefasta. Quedamos muy molestos porque platicando con otros padres, varios niños han sufrido lo mismo. En verdad fue la peor etapa que vivimos con nuestro hijo, nos dieron un mal diagnóstico de sordera y nada qué ver. Por poco nos hacen comprar aparatos auditivos y por el contrario, mi hijo tiene un súper oído, tan es así que tiene una facilidad tremenda para la música. Me preocupa muchísimo pensar en cuántos malos diagnósticos han dado con tal de vender aparatos auditivos. En verdad, del buen renombre que tenía está institución hace 15 años, muy poco queda. No expongan a sus hijos a malas pruebas médicas en ese lugar. Estuvimos a nada de demandar.
Terrible medical assessment with very old equipment. Children suffer enough. Very late appointments and terrible attention to children. The psychologists are very good, but the medical part is terrible. The doctor is not at all patient with the children who cannot fall asleep to perform the potentials, disastrous. We are very upset because speaking with other parents, several children have suffered the same. In truth, it was the worst stage that we lived with our son, they gave us a bad diagnosis of deafness and nothing to see. They almost made us buy hearing aids and on the contrary, my son has a super ear, so much so that he has a tremendous facility for music. It worries me a lot to think about how many misdiagnoses they have given in order to sell hearing aids. In truth, of the good reputation that this institution had 15 years ago, very little remains. Don't expose your children to bad medical tests there. We were nothing to sue.
