★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen mucha gente trabajando a la cual no le ofrecen ninguna de las prestaciones básicas, y les pagan cuando quieren o se les antoja, para ser un lugar profesional son un asco de verdad.
They have many people working who do not offer any of the basic benefits, and pay them when they want or they crave, to be a professional place is a real disgust.

Terrible telephone service. More than one hr to enlarge an appointment. Call while there waiting for me to attend and not answer. Apart too pedantic assistants. From dr. Luis My regards. But the expensive is not always the best

Excellent and Dr. Luis Ruvalcaba is truly an eminence, with closed eyes with him he would attend to all the births, he attended my 2 births and they were extraordinary, thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de las telefonistas , para hacer una cita tienes que llamar varias veces para que contesten y después te hacen esperar en la línea.
Y una vez me toco que llegue a mi cita y el Dr. estaba en quirófano y no me avisaron que no me podía atender para agendar otra cita, perdí mi tiempo ??. Y además NUNCA puedes consultar NADA con el Dr. no tiene atención para los pacientes directamente.
Terrible service from the telephone operators, to make an appointment you have to call several times for them to answer and then they make you wait on the line.
And once I had to get to my appointment and the Dr. was in the operating room and they didn't tell me that he couldn't attend me to schedule another appointment, I wasted my time ??. And also you can NEVER consult ANYTHING with the Dr. He does not have care for patients directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST DOCTOR EVER!! I owe so much to Dr Arturo Ruvalcaba, I have no words to express how blessed and Greatful I feel to have met him. He is 100% fully dedicated to his patients no matter who you are or how old. After two years of horrible failed experiences with 3 other VERY expensive doctors in 3 different states in the US (IVF Florida, CHR in NY and the worst of all Sherman Silber in St Luis) I found Dr Ruvalcaba googling and decided to take a leap of faith. I startEd traveling to Mexico from West Palm Beach Florida every month or so to do egg retrieval’s and freeze them. Him and his team have giving us the hope and the care that we lacked from doctors in the US. Him and his team at IMI are incredible doctors and above all very special human beings. I HIGHLY recommend if you live in the US to consider start treatment with him! It will cost half or less than any other doctor. I meet Dr Ruvalcaba first via Skype, he reviewed all of my medical records and we have been banking eggs for an IFV cycle. He is very detailed & patient oriented and will keep on adjusting your protocol until he finds the best one for you and your body. I’ll be happy to answer any questions from other women, I also speak Spanish :) I’m going to post a review on their Facebook page as well. Best of luck! to all the future moms out there: NEVER GIVE UP ON THE FAMILY YOU WANT TO HAVE
