★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Pésima atención!, ya estando en sus instalaciones me negaron la compra de una norma porque no traía identificación y que no cumplía con sus protocolos, las empleadas que me atendieron se portaron tan inflexibles y groseras que solo demostraron su falta de inteligencia y capacitación en la atención al cliente, ese instituto debería de dar mas facilidades para adquirir las normas mexicanas que si uno las quiere comprar es solo porque son de carácter obligatorio en nuestras actividades y no por buenas porque la realidad es que son las copias mal hechas y mal traducidas de normas internacionales. No les pongo cero solo porque no se puede.
Terrible attention !, and being in their facilities denied me the purchase of a standard because it did not carry identification and that did not comply with its protocols, the employees who attended me were so inflexible and rude that they only showed their lack of intelligence and training in customer service, that institute should give more facilities to acquire Mexican standards that if you want to buy them is only because they are mandatory in our activities and not good because the reality is that copies are poorly translated and poorly translated of international standards. I do not put them to zero just because you can not.
