★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No acostumbro a dejar tan mala reseña, pero se supone que abren a las 9 y ellos abren las puertas a las 9:15. Te atiende un chico super grosero, arrogante y despota que no sabe responder siquiera el "buenos días" si llevan prisa busquen dónde sacar su certificado en otro lado. Por cierto hay que llevar cambio si no no te atienden....
I'm not used to leaving such a bad review, but they're supposed to open at 9 and they open the doors at 9:15. You are served by a super rude, arrogant and despotic boy who does not even know how to answer "good morning" if you are in a hurry look for where to get your certificate elsewhere. By the way you have to bring change if you don't they don't attend you....
