La parte más compleja de un gran evento de MRO aeronáutico, es la gestión del recurso humano, por las implicaciones reglamentarias y de licenciamiento y capacitación que entraña. Kerno auxilia a mitigar la parte de gestión y por medio de la utilización de bases de datos o repositorios, aligera la carga de trabajo involucrada. Por medio de interfases gráficas, permite al jefe de proyecto hacer un seguimiento puntual de la adherencia del flujo de recursos al plan originalmente trazado y permite hacer cambios oportunos impuestos por situaciones fuera del control.
