La gente si tanto quiere cambiar lo hace con un profesional no con cursitos que les quitan demasiado tiempo y dinero.
It is only a place for manipulation of people, and to get money out of it, they take advantage of people who are vulnerable. They are not even professionals, there are no people dedicated to mental health only experienced exhibitors.
If people want to change so much, they do it with a professional, not with courses that take up too much time and money.
