Una persona con la mejor atención en orientarte sobre las instalaciones, albercas, cuartos y con opciones de todo tipo de presupuesto, le doy un 10 por se una persona super atenta...y a la agencia México Destinos por ayudarme a planear mis vacaciones. Y porsuesto que los recomendaré con mis conocidos.

Nos dieron seguimiento en todo momento, el día del tour, pasaron puntualmente por nosotros y todo estuvo excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transparencia 10 puntos, es una empresa súper confiable y segura algo fundamental a la hora de escoger este tipo de servicios en donde se paga por adelantado; puntualidad y eficiencia del servicio 10 puntos, al llegar al hotel seleccionado todo estaba en perfecto orden tal como lo había pedido, en atención 8 porque tardan un poco en responder imagino que por la cantidad de clientes que tienen, aunque también son muy amables en la atención. En conclusión 100% recomendado porque además tienes el plus de que puedes planear tu viaje con tiempo e irlo pagando en partes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked a daytrip to Teotihuacan, received a voucher which clearly said that we'd be picked up in our hotel ....but they never showed up. After long phone calls and discussions with their call center, I gave up. Not reliable and not pleasant to communicate with.
