★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De nada sirvió hacer reservación por internet el producto solicitado no lo tenían listo y según tardaban 24 horas porque el SAT tenía que dar autorización, la verdad no sé ni me interesa quien tenga que hacer el movimiento, como cliente esperaría que la atención fuera buena, solicite la devolución y ya pasaron 6 días hábiles y aún no se acredita la devolución en la tarjeta, en el teléfono de duty free nadie contesta y en el email solo contesta un bot que mala atención
