R	ROBERTO PALENCIA DE LA ROSA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor lugar donde comprar una refacción, te piden un pago por adelantado cubriendo el monto total de la pieza sin nisiquera tenerla, supuestamente te cobran un costo con envio y cuando realizas la reclamacion de que se realice el envio el señor Juan Alberto Colli Ramirez, que segun publica aqui que es la mejor tienda y es un nefasto en atención al cliente, argumenta que segun no se pago ningun envio (cuento con evidencias) y que ahora el cliente tiene que ir a la tienda a recogerla, y al solicitar la devolucion se tandan mas de un mes en realizarla, y que si no uno acuda al lugar para supestamente solictar el reembolso. Nunca compren en esta tienda y ojala cierren pronto, lo malo es que no se puede quedar con 0 estrellas Sr. Leon lo que requiero es que me hagan la venta del producto que solicite y me lo hagan llegar a mi domicilio como se solicito desde un principio y que se no mientan con lo que ofrecen al momento de realizar un pago y despues por llamada y mensaje argumenten que no existe tal pago por envio de un producto tal como lo dijo Juan Alberto Colli Ramirez. Y cuando pido información de las personas que me atienden.. me cuelgan... Ahora bien, estoy solicitando el reembolso de mi dinero por qué el producto cuenta con daños y no quiero la reposición de equipo... Y se aferran a una idea que no respetan el derecho del cliente....
