Received our container last night after a week of coordination with Wesley due to a labor strike. I passed on to Wesley and wanted to do the same with you the outstanding job three of your workers performed yesterday. Manuel Mendoza, David Gonzalez, and Alexander Samaniego are very hard workers and did an exceptional job under less than optimal circumstances! Hope you don't mind me tipping them, but I had to show them my appreciation last night. They worked without breaks, in the dark after a delay in arrival of the container (was supposed to arrive @ 3pm...arrived @ 5:30pm due to Panama City traffic). The youngest guy, Alexander, asked what the extra money was for and I told him (via Google Translate) I believe in taking care of those that take care of me and I appreciated all of their hard work. You have some great guys working for you Ronald (Wesley, Manuel, David, and Alexander)! And to you and your Dad...you made something very difficult and complicated seamless. Could not have done this without your awesome company. Very happy to support great people doing great things! Ronald runs a great company! He's responsive around the clock to questions, has competitive container rates, upholds his end of the contract, has amazing staff in both countries (Steve / Wesley), is flexible enough to handle unforseen circumstances, and ensures satisfaction. We recently moved from Louisiana to Connecticut during Hurricane Ida, in the midst of a pandemic. Despite the very challenging circumstances, Mexico Moving Company delivered all of our possessions arrived safely. Due to the storm we were prepared for a delay, or even loss of our possessions. To our surprise, everything arrived very early and far beyond our expectations. The staff was kind and professional. Well, I am happy to say, I had my first positive experience. What makes that extraordinarily special is we were doing a dual move, moving stateside and also moving items internationally. The logistics of planning so that the right things reached the right place at the right time, where extensive on our part and I’m assuming MMC as well. I'm a Panamanian who has lived in the United States most of my life. Recently, I decided to move back to Panama to live permanently after I lost my husband. I was looking for someone to ship my things to me so I asked people in a Facebook group dedicated to Americans who moved to Panama for movers to bring my things to me. I am sure they have spent many years accumulating the contacts and developing the partnerships necessary to make this happen. We had packed our things as best we knew how. Ron and his team used their experienced eyes to determine what might need reinforcement and quickly secured anything that needed it. I am happy to say that everything arrived in tact, with the exception of one delicate and unsupported spindly desk leg that Ron warned me might not fare well in the journey.
