★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy bonitos sus diseños pero de muy mala calidad, le compre a mi esposa una diseño Petra con cuentas brillantes, se le calleron en menos de tres meses mas de la mitad, se hizo caso a las indicaciones en el lavado y aun asi se le calleron, al pedirles nos apoyen con la reparación no quisieron argumentando que usamos secadora, cuando ni siquiera tenemos. no es posible que argumenten arbitrariamente lo que les conviene. lastima porque su idea y diseños son muy buenos, pero la calidad y su servicio post venta deja mucho que desear.
Their designs were very beautiful but of very poor quality, I bought my wife a Petra design with shiny beads, they fell silent in less than three months more than half, the instructions were followed in the wash and even so they fell silent When we asked them to support us with the repair, they did not want to argue that we use a dryer, when we don't even have one. it is not possible for them to arbitrarily argue what is good for them. It hurts because your idea and designs are very good, but the quality and your after-sales service leaves much to be desired.
