★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fancy and well equipped animal hospital and e.r. It's usually full of people wanting to enter, they have two waiting rooms with chairs and bathrooms. They follow covid-19 related safety measures. Prices tend to be on the high end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While this vet is a bit more expensive than others, it is worth paying the extra for the level of care and of professionalism. All of the staff, including the administration are super friendly and will go above and beyond to make you feel okay when you are concerned about your pet's health. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely my go to place and I don’t even live in Mexico City, I live in USA. They have helped me so much with my teacup yorkie Bentley, unfortunately the last time I brought him in they weren’t able to save my him but they did all they could and provided top notch care for him. Dr. Aldo Hernandez even came on his day off when he found out Bentley crossed the Rainbow Bridge ?, he helped us make arrangements to get him cremated and was there for us while we cried our eyes out. All the staff doctors were so caring and so attentive, I trust this hospital completely. They also have all the equipment necessary for critical situations.
The only negative I’d have to say is about the receptionists and cashiers, they are very rude, uncaring and don’t represent at all the high level of service that the doctors provide. I highly recommend training these individuals to provide better service, especially since they are the first and last impression one will have. I will still continue bringing my pets here but hopefully they can be trained to improve.
