J	Josex Educacion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ambiente muy tranquilo, puedo bajar a disfrutar de zipolite y después subir a la tranquilidad del hotel, me gusto que estuviera muy equipada, aunque yo no lo necesitaba, pero se me antoja irme unos 15 días y vivir ahí dentro de la suite, amanecer como esa increíble vista y cuando esté el calor refrescarme en la alberca. Muchas gracias ! A very quiet environment, I can go down to enjoy Zipolite and then go up to the tranquility of the hotel, I liked that it was very equipped, although I did not need it, but I feel like going away for 15 days and living there in the suite, dawn like that incredible view and when it's hot cool off in the pool. Thank you very much !

Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y con una vista espectacular! 100% recomendable! Excellent place! All the staff is super friendly and attentive, very very funny. The rooms are spacious, clean and with a spectacular view! 100% recommendable!
U	Uschi Äh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht bei dieser Unterkunft!!! Als wir angekommen sind ist uns direkt aufgefallen wie dreckig alles ist, was uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat. Zieht man sich halt Schuhe an beim duschen. Die angepriesenen Aussenküche war ein 30 Jahre alter Gaskocher ohne Gasflasche. Hat uns auch nicht gestört, da wir beim Reisen ohnehin lieber in kleinen Restaurants speisen. Was dann garnicht ging war der unerträgliche Gestank von dem wir nachts wach geworden sind ! So extrem, dass man sich fast übergeben musste und nicht mal lüften geholfen hat. Als wir am nächsten Morgen den Betreiber damit konfrontiert haben, dass wir umgehend abreisen möchten ( trotzdem aber für die erste Nacht bezahlen würden ) , hat er so getan als würde er uns das Geld über Airbnb zurück erstatten, was er uns auf dem Rechner auch gezeigt hat. Die Rückbuchung stellte sich im Nachhinein als Fake raus. Wir wurden also schlichtweg betrogen !!! Irgendwie hat er es auch geschafft zahlreiche negativen Bewertungen bei Airbnb zu löschen… also nochmals VORSICHT bei dieser Unterkunft ! Beware of this accommodation!!! When we arrived we immediately noticed how dirty everything was, but that didn't really bother us. Do you put on your shoes when you shower? The advertised outdoor kitchen was a 30-year-old gas cooker without a gas bottle. Didn't bother us either, since we prefer to dine in small restaurants when we travel anyway. What then didn't work was the unbearable stench that woke us up at night! So extreme that you almost had to throw up and not even airing it helped. When we confronted the operator the next morning that we wanted to leave immediately (but would still pay for the first night), he acted as if he would refund us the money via Airbnb, which he also showed us on the computer Has. The chargeback later turned out to be a fake. So we were simply cheated !!! Somehow he also managed to delete numerous negative reviews on Airbnb... so BE CAREFUL again with this accommodation!

We had booked three nights but after one night found that the horrible smell from the bathroom was unbearable. The host was initially very nice and accommodating and offered to cancel and refund the money for the other two nights via Airbnb. We found another place and left. Guess what - we never got our refund. We reached out several times via Airbnb, no response. Mauricio just kept the money to himself - more than 200 euros in total. CAUTION, SCAM! Leider hatten wir eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dieser Unterkunft. Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht, aber nach einer Nacht festgestellt, dass der schreckliche Geruch aus dem Badezimmer nicht auszuhalten ist. Der Gastgeber war zunächst sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns angeboten, die beiden weiteren Nächte zu stornieren und das Geld für diese beiden Nächte über Airbnb zurück zu überweisen. Das ist jedoch nie passiert. Ich habe Mauricio mehrfach über Airbnb angeschrieben - keine Reaktion. Er hat das Geld einfach behalten - insgesamt über 200 Euro. Vorsicht, Betrug! I wrote to Mauricio several times via Airbnb - no response. He just kept the money - a total of over 200 euros. Beware of scams!

La confianza que te brindan es como sentirte en casa, recomiendo 100% este lugar, no duden en viajar aquí The best hotel in Zipolite!!! The pool is incredible and not to mention the rooms, super clean, the attention is like nowhere else! The confidence they give you is like feeling at home, I recommend this place 100%, do not hesitate to travel here

We booked a stay based on the photos and reviews but got welcomed by an unfinshed hotel, a skeleton of a "kitchen", a terrible pungent drain smell from the ensuite toilet that never went away and to top it off, hornets nest outside the room. we kindly asked if we could change the booking and the owner said he would reimburse us for the two nights already paid. until now we are still waiting on that money! we were kind enough to not publicly state how terrible this place was but now that he stopped contacting us its time to expose them. I would NOT recommend staying here!
