★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We unfortunately had a very difficult and stressful time with this car service. I rented the service for rides to and from the Mexico City airport for a wedding in the region. The rides from the airport went off without a hitch, but we had a major problem with a ride back to the airport. I had requested round trip service for a wedding guest, for which I was quoted a specific price. I told Mexilimo to please go ahead and reserve the service. The night before the return service was schedules, I called to confirm and was told they had no record of it (despite the screenshots I was able to show them where I asked them to book it). They blamed me and told me that if I still wanted the service they could swing it but that it would cost 1000 pesos (around 50 USD) more. When I told them it was unfair to change the price they had already set, they stopped answering my texts, and I had to scramble to find a new service. I will never use this service again.
