★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer realicé un pedido, me confirmaron la entrega para el mismo día, a las 4pm llame para confirmar y simplemente no me contestaron ni mensajes ni llamadas, el día de hoy se comunicaron conmigo y me confirmaron que llegaría lo que solicité, eran las 3:30 cuando solicité que me confirmaran si llegaría o no el producto y nuevamente no me volvieron a contestar ni llamadas ni mensajes. Pésima atención al cliente.
Yesterday I placed an order, they confirmed delivery for the same day, at 4pm I called to confirm and they simply did not answer any messages or calls, today they contacted me and confirmed that what I requested would arrive, they were 3:30 when I asked to confirm whether or not the product would arrive and again they did not answer me again or calls or messages. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. La comunicación entre el área de ventas y de entregas es mala; por un lado ventas ofrece ciertas condiciones y el área de entregas lo niega. Estuve una semana tratando de concretar EL PEDIDO y no lo logré ya que la persona responsable de colocarlo simplemente no lo hizo... Ni hablar de poder comprar.
Es una lástima pues realmente ESTABA interesada en conocer la calidad de su producto, pero ya con la calidad del servicio que muestran dejan mucho que desear y por supuesto que no dan ganas de trabajar con personas tan poco profesionales.
Bad experience. Communication between the sales and delivery areas is bad; On the one hand, sales offer certain conditions and the delivery area denies it. I was a week trying to finalize THE ORDER and I did not succeed since the person responsible for placing it simply did not do it ... Not to mention being able to buy.
It is a pity because I was really interested in knowing the quality of their product, but with the quality of the service they show they leave much to be desired and of course they do not want to work with such unprofessional people.
