We had the best vacation! The house was beautiful and well appointed. The concierge service was fantastic. Alberto was welcoming, friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful!

I am finally getting around to writing a review for Mexitravels, and can honestly give them the highest recommendation! We were a group of 14 that spent a week at a villa in Puerto Vallarta for a 50th birthday. MT was utilized by the Villa for part of their staffing ( bar tender, waiter, chef, etc). We could not have been more fortunate to work with them. Our main contact person was Monserrat, and she is one of the most professional and responsive people we've ever met in the travel business. Our group is pretty well traveled, and unanimously give her and her team 5 + stars! From coordinating airport transportation, food and booze for the arrival day, it was all well communicated and seamless. Once we were settled in at the villa, Monserrat would keep in contact to make sure we were all set and if there were any special requests. She helped us arrange a private yacht charter as well as a spa/massage day at the villa. She and her team were very attentive, friendly without being intrusive. They have connections with just about any PV activity that you could want to do, and the prices that Monserrat offered us were quite competitive, especially considering that they were top quality on all counts. 2 of our party had stayed at 3 other "fancy" villas in PV over the years, and they said "this is by far the best villa vacation we've done, hands-down!" I know when we book our return to PV in 2022, we will be using Mexitravels ! Thanks you again MT and Monserrat for everything.

Blanca was a dream!!!!! She made my group trip to PV super easy and enjoyable for everyone. She helped me pre-plan 2 birthday celebrations as well as excursions, Covid testing and transportation for our entire group. I didn’t have to think about ANYTHING. She was always available, even on her day off and made sure every detail of our stay at Hacienda de Los Santos was perfect! She was sweet, informative and such a please you deal with!!!! Everyone on the Mexitravels team was awesome including our driver Gustavo….. he was so personable that the group asked for him for all of our transportation needs. I will definitely work with Blanca and Mexitravels for my next trip to PV.

From start to finish Bianca and her team were a dream to work with and felt like instant family!! We traveled from SF, LA and Miami to celebrate my 50th birthday and every expectation we had for the trip was exceeded because of Bianca, Silvia, Diego and Vanessa. They treated us like royalty, which we never expected. The FOOD!!! Wow, best ever on vacation - seriously. The SERVICE!!! The place was kept in immaculate shape, never was a glass empty, never was a request or inquiry not met with care and immediacy. The EXPERIENCE!!! Bianca made sure that we wanted for nothing as far as experiences went, she hooked us all up with the BEST MASSAGES OF OUR LIFE about and hour after we mentioned it might be a good idea. Diego suggested the most fun boat excursion for us, it was an incredible day of swimming, eating, drinking, laughing and watching our guide catch fresh fish out of the ocean in just minutes. The airport transfers are also worth every penny. The vans are clean and the drivers are friendly professionals - waaayyy better than dealing with taxis or ubers! Thank you again Bianca and team, WE WILL BE BACK!!

I've had the pleasure of regularly visiting PV for 25+ years. Not only do we love the town and climate, but we've always opted to stay in nice villas that allow us to isolate. Which means having a superb team is critical to our holiday. Blanca and MexiTravels were the best last week. We simply could not have had a more enjoyable escape and will certainly call on them again when we return. Thanks ever so much!
