I feel I must strenuously warn anybody who is considering hiring MexLaw to find a different firm. We, unfortunately, hired MexLaw to help us when a development we purchased was not completed. MexLaw stated it would begin litigation against the developer but after two years did not even manage to legally notice the developer. MexLaw claimed it began the litigation in local court but after failing for a year advised me they needed to proceed in federal court. They have failed me entirely. And here's the kicker, I emailed the managing partner, Charles T., in December of 2021 and asked him if he had any plan to make things right. He responded that once he returned to the office, he would present a plan that would be satisfactory for all concerned. It is now April and no plan has been presented. BUT, he did bill me $300.00 for the email he sent me. In all. MexLaw took me for about $10,000.00. Avoid this firm at all costs.
