It's not inexpensive, but if you need funding to purchase your dream vacation home in Puerto Vallarta, we recommend you consider this option. Hola! I have been working in real estate for 20 years here in Puerto Vallarta and Mexlend has been INVALUABLE for my clients and myself. Finding a mortgage to purchase property in Mexico is no easy feat and they have come through! A terrific brokerage that is easy to work with. I recommend them highly.

Great business for the owner of the company, very abusive for his clients. Mexlend is a broker that charged me $3,500 US dollars for giving me a recommendation to go to BBVA to process my loan. However, they were very skillful to mask the fact that they would not be giving me a loan and they would be making a recommendation where to go to get my loan. They charged me an upfront fee of $3,500 usd for a loan equivalent to $140,000 usd dollars. They were so kind , nice and responsive until I wire the funds and they all got defensive after I confronted them with their lies. I would not recommend their services . I have initiated legal actions against them through el misterio público and profeco. I ended up not using their recommended Bank and used another one and I still didn’t get any of my $3,500 dollars back . Not to bad for the work of a few hours

I wonder how they ever help anyone when they dont answer their phone there web site won't send email or messages. Been try to reach them for 3 day now. I guess that is a sign to find better service somewhere else

This may be a helpful company if you’re brand new to Mexico and you’re looking into finding financing for a property in Mexico as an American or Canadian. However, this is a broker that will charge you a hefty fee for finding you the best financing , I think this business model was probably effective back in the day before internet and all the resources we have today . Nonetheless, the huge fee they charged me for the work they did was disproportionate. I’ve financed properties in the US and I have never paid an upfront fee to a broker until the loan is processed and distributed . However , as a young 29 years old man, they really got me . I paid them almost $3,500 in broker fees for them to let me know that I would qualify to apply at BBVA Bancomer. Also, they misrepresented themselves as the broker made me believe he was a loan officer and my loan had been approved. I think the owner of this company is American , maybe even banned from doing business in the US because the things his company does in Mexico would sure not be legal in the US. Save yourself some time and energy and do not do business with them . I highly regret paying them money for a loan I never got and after almost 2 years , I’m still waiting for a refund.
