★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa grande, buena y confiable yo llevo bastante tiempo comprado playo y cinta entre otros, trabajan materiales de buena calidad lo que les falla es el personal ahora los que atienden no lo hacen con el afán de ayudar, en el caso de la tienda de clavijero la señora que atiende es pésima le preguntas algo y te dice que los precios están exhibidos con sus códigos y siempre con una mala cara, (siempre atiende la misma señora con los mismos modos) o cuando llegas al establecimiento no hay nadie y tienes que esperar a que salgan a atenderte. Le hace falta aseo a su establecimiento ya que esta muy empolvado todo.
Espero que mis comentarios puedan ayudar para su mejora ya que, a si no dan ganas de regresar.
Las 5 estrellitas son por el buen material que trabajan por ese lado sigan a si gracias.

Al final tardaron 1 hra en entregarme 1 rollo de piola, imaginen cuanto tardarán en preparar un pedido grande
