Una empleada que labora en el lugar me preguntó que si mi envío sería ordinario o con referencia, le pregunté cuál era la diferencia y me dijo que con uno me daban guía para dar seguimiento y con el otro no. No me importó tener o no la guía. Ahora sé que la diferencia radicaba en que con la guía se hacían responsables y sin ella ni siquiera ellos mismos saben donde están mis documentos, tengo 15 días naturales y es hora que no llegan mis documentos y no tienen la más remota idea de donde están
