Tried to send an international package on thursday, was at the office at 15.00, they said its too late and L should come tomorrow (its theoretically open til 16.00). Came next day, the office is til 20.00 that day, only then was told that international package can only ba mailed mon-fri from 8 to 13, regardless of office opening hours. Still a 3rd world country I guess...
