★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan los teléfonos. Hice un envío hace dos semanas de CDMX a edo de Mex Huxquilucan y aún no llega. No me dan razón de mi paquete y nadie se hace responsable. Compré guías prepagadas. Me dijeron que eran el servicio rápido y que me darían atención personalizada en caso de dudas o quejas. Hasta la fecha nadie contesta teléfonos de correos de méxico y en la sucursal no se hacen responsables.
They don't answer the phones. I made a shipment two weeks ago from CDMX to Mexico City Huxquilucan and it still hasn't arrived. They do not give me reason for my package and nobody is responsible. I bought prepaid guides. They told me that they were fast service and that they would give me personalized attention in case of doubts or complaints. To date no one answers the Mexican post phone numbers and the branch is not responsible.
