Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente.... I've been dialing all morning for a package I haven't received yet and they don't answer 14 calls so far and no answer. Terrible customer service....
A	Amir Casab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue un golpe de suerte que me dieran mi paquete , la verdad es que pagué para que lo mandaran a domicilio pero ya tenía más de 5 días varado en la terminal Tuxtla. Llegué a sacarlo y aún encontrandolo no me lo podían dar por un problema de papeleo. Una burocracia antigua y absurda, deberían de renovarse. El personal siempre fue amable eso sí. It was a stroke of luck that they gave me my package, the truth is that I paid to have it sent to my home but I had already been stranded in the Tuxtla terminal for more than 5 days. I got to take it out and even finding it they couldn't give it to me due to a paperwork problem. An old and absurd bureaucracy should be renewed. The staff was always friendly though.

Pero me aparece como entregado, pero no fue entregado a mi ni en mi domicilio nadie lo recibio,qiero pensar que en este lugar lo tienen. Mi paquete viene de china pero no es de allixpress .
