Starting with the positive - guides and experience for our Cenote / caves tour was fantastic. They know and care about this place. Two reasons for taking off two stars 1) be more transparent and upfront that you don’t allow phones or other cameras except tied down GoPros in the caves. We paid in this case for our photos after the hike and would have paid in advance if you informed us in advance but would have felt 20x better paying for photos. Multiple people snuck in their phones and one of your guides rabidly yelling at us didn’t help when we were standing around taking pics. You don’t want cell phones in the caves then write that up in your excursion description and include pricing for photos 2) you really need to clarify the need for swimming requirement vs swimming skill requirement and ensure people bring swim trunks, and change your lowest age because I know my 7 year old wouldn’t have done well in there. The age requirement should be 10-60 and everyone should be clear that they need to come with their swim gear.

Amazing! We did the ATV and underground cave tour and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! Giovany and Bohish were both great guides and did an amazing job of making sure everyone had a good time. We'll definitely do this again next time we visit, and would recommend it to anyone!

My daughter and I had the best time touring the Cenote underground cave and river. Best excursion ever! The Mexxtremo tour guides were awesome and committed to spreading knowledge about the cave and importance of the water way. They looked out for our safety even with a hand to catch us if we lost balance. No need to bring your camera as they took pictures for you (small price) so you won't damage your own or put yourself at risk...you need both hands ready in case you step wrong. It was absolutely beautiful and loved our friendly tour guides who made us feel so welcome there. I will bring husband and son next time!

The COOLEST experience we had in Mexico! Being in a cenote is like being in a magical new world. You can do it! Even my husband, who uses permanent crutches and doesn't swim, was able to do the hike through the cenote. Bohish, our guide, and Paolo, our photographer, were such a great duo to walk the cavern with. They were hilarious and super chill. They were so sweet with my husband and helped him safely navigate the cenote. Thank you! This tour is a must for someone visiting Cancun and the surrounding areas! Recommendations for someone doing the tour: water shoes, bug spray (just for the part above the cenote while in the jungle), extra cash for tips (they deserved more than we had on hand), we didn't need a wet suit, but we're accustomed to cold water (it wasn't that bad).

This was an extremely private tour that was fantastic, for the tour we had 4 people with our guide, the atvs were amazing and so fun. They spoke great English and even had another group there that had a tour guide speaking French! The cave tour was great but be ready for some chilly beautiful rain water. The atv was a great length of time and let us switch drivers at multiple places. Definitely recommend!!!! Photo package was 50$ and well worth every penny

Mexxtremo Adventures did a great job with our tour. They informed us of everything we needed to know before entering the caves, including their policy on cameras and letting us know that there are parts that require swimming. They offer life jackets and water shoes before entering the caves. I don’t think it would be a great tour for kids, but for our group of adults it was great and I would definitely do it again. Our guide Bohish was funny and awesome and did a wonderful job.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I can’t say enough good things about the place and the people who run it. The guides were amazing and very informative, the caves were AMAZING and so beautiful, the ATV’s were so fun, and the photographer could not get better images of our experience. Thank you so much again; Richie, Bosh, and Luis for creating such an unforgettable experience for us!

We did the ATV and Cenotes tour with Frida, Alessandro, and Paolo. It was absolutely amazing and easily the best guided tour we have done in Mexico to date. They were very informative and supportive and made sure we had a great time.
