También tienen algunas artesanías.
Encontrarás a la vista la molienda y los alambique de destilado.
El encargado es muy amable y si tienes suerte lo verás haciendo el destilado ahí mismo mientras degustas pruebas de distintos mezcales artesanales.
Sólo visitar el lugar ya cuenta como experiencia típica.
Prueba el Ensamble y la receta especial con 14 tipos de hierbas!
Ahora sé porqué mi papá viaja especialmente a este lugar a buscar su mezcal.
The mezcal is of excellent quality. They offer distillates of different types of maguey and creams with novel flavors. In addition to reposados.
They also have some crafts.
You will find the grinding and stills of distillate in view.
The manager is very friendly and if you are lucky you will see him making the distillate right there while you taste tests of different artisanal mezcals.
Just visiting the place already counts as a typical experience.
Try the Ensamble and the special recipe with 14 types of herbs!
Now I know why my dad travels especially to this place to find his mezcal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very sweet and walked us through the fields where the agave was growing, and the different areas where they process the mezcal (although it was actively happening at the time we came). We met the farmers who were planting the agave and were eager to show us how they did it. You can tell they take great pride in what they do here. There were lots of varieties of mezcal and we were able to taste a lot of different kinds. I thought the prices would be a bit cheaper but it was still reasonable. We bought a 750ml bottle for 200 pesos and a smaller one for 90 pesos. They only take cash for payment option.
