★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place on the roof top of a downtown building with a great view of one of the main parks in Tlaxcala.
The food is not your everyday meal you find on most of the restaurants, plus they have local craft beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is in a roof top which gives it a excellent vibe, good music. The pizza is hand made in an outside oven, the choices in artesanal beer vary on the days you visit it (I love Ayotochtli).
Service is a little unstable, depending on who attends your table

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a horrible welcome at this nice terrace location, first they spray a disinfectant in your eyes which they can't even say what contains, then they (not joking) require you to buy one whole meal for every drink because "-'Meztli cocina-café-bar' is not a bar".
