Mezzanine Hotel Tulum - Zona Hotelera

From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs. The staff at Mezzanine Tulum goes above and beyond. David and the rest of the front desk concierge team made us feel like family. They accommodated even my most random requests. We visit local fire stations when we travel because of my partner's job. They made the phone call to the Tulum station for us in order to explain why we were coming better than we could have through my sub-par Spanish. Coffee/tea & biscuits were left at our door every morning and green tea with local chocolates and candy were brought with turndown service at night. The property is STUNNING and the restaurant there is top notch. This stay was worth every penny we paid for it, plus some. I will definitely stay at Mezzanine again in the future if I have the opportunity.

Great service. Caring staff, very attentive and go above and beyond in making one feel welcome. Your stay from the moment you walk up to the front desk to the moment you leave is impeccable. You leave feeling spoiled. It's also a very beautiful and cozy niche. Would totally make this spot my go-to when in Tulum, and I would definitively recommend.

Husband took me out for a romantic dinner and let me just say this Thai Restautant “inside mezzanine can be visited by anyone, everyone at the hotel is very nice and attentive their hospitality is beyond measure… just to note you do not need to be a guest at the hotel to eat here but do call first sometimes you might need to make reservations with the front desk(we just happened to pop in and got lucky with none) . This is such a romantic place in the night or when the sun is setting! Such a chill sexy vibe with great music/cocktails overlooking the beautiful ocean and wow what delicious food… The spring rolls made with chicken is what opted for instead of the pork, and the pineapple shrimp boat delicious flavors! Gorgeous lighting loved it here! Def Recommend..enjoy

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Mezzanine. The place has a beautiful view and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. However, the best part of our stay was the hospitality of the staff. Being busy people we had not planned activities for all of our days in Tulum and the front desk staff, especially Abdel, gave us great suggestions to plan out our days and also helped us a lot with bookings and logistics. We highly recommend the place.

Staying at the Mezzanine was hands down the best experience we have ever had staying at a hotel. The property is gorgeous and the location is surreal. The service from the entire staff was impeccable and the attention to detail with every decision they made was beyond impressive. A special thank you to Alejandra for going above and beyond to make us happy and for making our trip so special and memorable.

This was probably my best ever hotel experience. The rooms with ocean view here are absolutely incredible, the proximity to the beach is amazing, the outdoor guest-only spaces are gorgeous. I really appreciated the spaces reserved for guests, as there is a lot of traffic for folks visiting the restaurant and those private areas are perfect for reading a book and laying out without being around a ton of people coming in and out. This place is quiet and peaceful, no obnoxious club music, really good for resting and connecting with the ocean. The hotel staff are the most attentive, lovely people, they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, welcome, and familiar. I also loved that there is no plastic used at the hotel. I stayed several other places while in Tulum and this was far and above my absolute favorite, I will stay again next time I’m in town :)

We were seated inside of the restaurant first and ignored for about 20 minutes but I think the staff were just busy setting up the outside after a storm. I requested to be moved to the terrace because the reservation i made was to sit at the terrace. Once we settled down on the terrace we had breathtaking ocean view. The view was totally worth it and the food was simply amazing! Meals were As good as Thai food in Thailand. The cocktail was strong and delicious. Overall it was a great dining experience. Follow up review: We came back on our last night in Tulum and I’m so happy that Mezzanine cares about their customers to come to tell us that our car was being towed by the police. Not only they liaised with the police in Spanish so they let us have our car back without a fine and we just have to pay off the tow company! Saved us huge trouble we would’ve have been able to leave Mexico tomorrow if they hadn’t come find us. Really grateful to the restaurant staff for helping us out! Beware travellers, do not park along the road on the asphalt, just Pay the $$ to park at a secure parking lot!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The pictures show the beauty of the view and the rooms, and are just as beautiful in person as shown in the photos, if not more. We were greeted with the best hospitality and excellent services by the hotel staff. David and many other staff were always available. We loved the complimentary coffee and tea, and delicious cookies. Wonderful space to relax and the beach club food is delicious- great vegan options. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel who made our stay comfortable. We truly enjoyed our honeymoon!
