Terrible service in general. If you are at least considering buying from this brand, I recommend going to another agency, but in my experience I don't recommend it either. I bought an MG5 car and after a month it started failing. The second month he had problems with the engine and the agency told me that they had not found any problem, but by the time they delivered it to me, the drive had changed and the car had stopped making noise. That same week the engine failed again and to date they have not given me an answer as to when the warranty part arrives, I have not been able to use the car for almost a month because it is in the agency and I had not been using it for more than 2 months. For how the situation is going (they still can't give me an arrival date) I'll be a few months without a car. The warranty person and some of the workshop actually give good service and are friendly, but they are like 2 or 3 people from the WHOLE agency. In summary, the cars have flaws, they do not have the option of a substitute car, they do not have a good sales or after-sales service, so I leave it to your discretion, but I do NOT recommend the brand or the agency.
