Llevo años trabajando con Pepe, dueño del negocio, y ha sido una experiencia ,uy satisfactoria para mí, y quizá no tanto para el, lo digo porque TODOS LOS TRABAJOS SE LOS MANDO DE EMERGENCIA, o como dirían algunos, para ayer. Pero bueno hablando en serio, qué tipo tan Dedicado, imagina, si Ferrero, misión hills, International paper, aluminicaste, por mencionar algunas empresas, trabajan con el.. DEBE SER PORQUE HACE LAS COSAS MUY BIEN.

I have been working with Pepe, owner of the business, for years, and it has been a very satisfying experience for me, and perhaps not so much for him, I say this because EVERY JOB IS SENT BY EMERGENCY, or as some would say, for yesterday. But seriously, what a Dedicated guy, imagine, if Ferrero, mission hills, International paper, aluminicaste, to name a few companies, work with him .. IT MUST BE BECAUSE HE DOES THINGS VERY WELL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención. No les llegan los correos con los planos. 40 mins. para imprimir 1 simple dibujo. Poco profesionales. Si andas por motivos de trabajo en SJI y requieres imprimir planos. Busca otra opción. Tardan en facturar o no facturan. Pésimo servicio al cliente.
Very bad attention. The emails with the plans do not arrive. 40 mins. To print 1 simple drawing. Unprofessional. If you are traveling for work at SJI and you need to print plans. Find another option. They are slow to bill or they don't bill. Terrible customer service.
