★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compre una camioneta con financiamiento bancario el cual termine de pagar hace meses. Me están cobrando otro año de seguro que yo no solicite, además carísimo. Hablo al banco me mandan a la agencia, voy a la agencia y me dicen que no que es con el banco, el banco me regresa porque dice que es con la agencia. Y así sigue, después de muchas llamadas y de acudir al banco y a la agencia esto sigue sin solución.
Terrible service, I bought a truck with bank financing which I finished paying for months. They are charging me another year of insurance that I did not request, also very expensive. I speak to the bank, they send me to the agency, I go to the agency and they tell me that it is not with the bank, the bank returns me because it says that it is with the agency. And so it goes, after many calls and going to the bank and the agency this is still without a solution.
