★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio yo había apartado un vehículo con el vendedor Rolando Antonio Martínez Hernandez y cuando fui a pagar el enganche ya lo había vendido me quizo vender uno más caro y solo me afecto y después se desentendió solo hizo que diera el enganche y me afecto en buro ya que checo varias veces y me lo bloquearon la verdad nadie hizo nada ni me dio solución y quede mal por sus mentiras y si les aconsejo que si quieren un vehículo vayan a otra agencia

Poca atención por parte de la recepcionista.
Agente de ventas buena atención.
Solo que si compran asegurense de que el auto este dado de alta en REPUVE, ya que si sacar las placas es requisito indispensable, me resolvieron pero son cosas que ya deben estar hechas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, es increíble que ni el propio gerente pueda resolverte un asunto, son unos tranzas junto con la financiera, no te entregan la unidad en el tiempo que te aseguran llegará y mientras la financiera te cobra y ni uno ni otro te resuelve, si están buscando comprar un auto busquen otras opciones ya que aquí simplemente carecen de ética, profesionalismo y empatía por el cliente, solo buscan vender al precio que sea y pisoteando al cliente. Mala experiencia, una estrella se queda corta, debiera ser cero estrellas...
Terrible, it is incredible that not even the manager himself can resolve an issue, they are a bunch of tricks together with the financial company, they do not deliver the unit in the time that they assure you it will arrive and while the financial institution charges you and neither one solves you, if they are looking to buy a car look for other options since here they simply lack ethics, professionalism and empathy for the client, they only seek to sell at whatever price and trampling on the client. Bad experience, one star falls short, it should be zero stars...
