★ ★ ★ ★ ★ algo decepcionado me entregan mi unidad una ZS EL 18 del 2022 DE MARZO A LAS 7:00 PM. el día 19 de marzo 2022 a las 6:00 am nos chocan en la parte posterior dañando el eje trasero queda el volante chueco y con una estabilidad de cero para conducir, la llevo a la agencia linda vista a las 10:00 am. voy en 4 dias y me comenta el mecánico que no tiene nada que la camioneta esta al 100 le comente ya la revisaste, ya la sacaste probar, ya mediste entre ejes? a lo que me contesta que no tienen aparatos para checar la entre ejes (alineación). total la mandan a otro lugar en donde es dan Como resultado, eje trasero dañado, mango trasero izq. dañado. amortiguadores dañados, ahora el problema que las piezas se tardarían al menos 4 meses en llegar, y la verdad sobre la atención recibida en el departamento de siniestros es mala de el mecánico ni se diga no se si estaba enojado o no sabe sobre el sistema de suspensión, seguimos esperando las refacciones para reparar el daño

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un año compré mi camioneta y nunca me había dado lata hasta hace apenas una semana con las balatas servicio super caro $3800 por cambio de balatas y por parte del asesor de servicio pésimo servicio el día que quieran ir a un lugar a qué los traten mal y pagar por un servicio los invito a que vallan a la agencia a servicio no regreso a esta agencia si no es que vendo antes la camioneta no le doy menos estrellas por qué no hay pero super molesto con los precios y mucho menos con el servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención no es la mejor, sobre todo en reparación, no se cumple la fecha estimada, al llamar nisiquiera preguntan tu placa y te dicen una respuesta aleatoria sin comprobar avances, tienes que decirles que te especifiquen.
Si lo llevas a servicio o reparación revisa muy bien todo, después de la reparación me lo entregaron lleno de huellas, en la piel se limpia pero en el toldo no, se ve que se suben todos sucios y no lo cuidan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia en está agencia, se adquiere algo de entrega inmediata y resulta 2hrs antes de entrega te dicen tan sencillo no tengo la unidad Que raro? Si se supone estaba de entrega inmediata y lo peor para nosotros que ellos ya tienen el pago pero nosotros no tenemos el coche.
Así que como recomendación antes de comprar algo en esta agencia por favor estén seguros de su fecha de entrega y confirmen horas antes para que no tengan la experiencia por la que estamos pasando nosotros en este momento.
