★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención posventa más de un mes para trámite de placas y además no te dan la información completa te entregan las placas de donde quieren antes de vender súper atención y después ya no te contestan llamadas.
 Terrible after-sales service for more than a month to process license plates and also they don't give you complete information, they give you the license plates from where they want before selling super service and then they no longer answer calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas instalaciones y muy amable el trato de los empleados de la agencia, lamentablemente no tienen carros disponibles en stock y eso no te lo informan al momento de querer comprar un auto, te van dando largas en lo que consiguen el auto que deseas y en ese periodo de tiempo te ofrecen una version del auto que no es la que deseas a efectos de poder cerrar la venta, asi estuve en espera 2 meses hasta que a inicios de año me informaron que ya habian conseguido el auto en la version deseada pero que el precio habia subido y que ademas no podian respetarme la tasa de interes que me habian ofrecido 2 meses antes, una pena ya que me gustaba mucho el auto pero se me hizo muy informal y poco serio que no respetasen las condiciones iniciales de la venta cuando el problema de la falta de stock en los autos es responsabilidad de ellos como agencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una lástima de la marca que representa MG Miramontes! Estoy muy satisfecho con la compra de mi HS exite, la marca es excelente desde mi personal punto de vista.
Tienen una pésima atención al cliente, y su personal de liderazgo (gerente de ventas, gerente crédito) poco profesionales y falta total de compromiso. Mi experiencia fue muy mala, yo tuve que hacer su trabajo buscando un crédito para adquirir mi vehículo después de haber tenido una desagradable experiencia con la financiera que ellos mismos me recomendaron (finanmadrid) una vez con mi crédito aprobado, se atrevieron a negarme la venta por una difamación! Al final de cuentas, después de tocar puntos legales por su difamación, me vendieron la HS a regañadientes. Que lastima! HS, tengamos cuidado dónde confían su MARCA.

They have terrible customer service, and their leadership staff (sales manager, credit manager) are unprofessional and totally uncommitted. My experience was very bad, I had to do their job looking for a loan to buy my vehicle after having had an unpleasant experience with the finance company that they themselves recommended to me (finanmadrid) once with my credit approved, they dared to deny me the sale for a libel! In the end, after taking legal points for their defamation, they reluctantly sold me the HS. What a pity! HS, let's be careful where they trust your BRAND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola, quiero comentar que asistí a esta agencia de MG y el asesor que me atendió es una persona que no debería estar realizando este trabajo ya que no tiene capacidad para esto, es grosero e impositivo, no me quiso dar su nombre pero es una persona de lentes, cabello canoso y de estatura baja, todo fue porque quería mis datos personales si no no me podía hacer una cotización y me mostró una unidad de muy mala gana, creo que si MG quiere posicionarse bien en México debe contar con un buen trato hacia el cliente.
Hello, I want to comment that I attended this MG agency and the advisor who assisted me is a person who should not be doing this job since he does not have the capacity for this, he is rude and imposing, he did not want to give me his name but he is a person with glasses, gray hair and short stature, it was all because he wanted my personal information otherwise he couldn't give me a quote and he showed me a unit very reluctantly, I think that if MG wants to position itself well in Mexico it must have good treatment towards the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención por parte del empleado que te informa sobre la marca. Grosero, impositivo y si no das tus datos personales no te da información. En cuanto me negué a dar mi número de celular para una cotización me negó información argumentando que el sistema no da información sino das tus datos personales. Nunca nos mostró aviso de privacidad, se molestó y literal se fue de su escritorio???.
Nadie te informa y pues no hay calidad y atención al cliente.
Habrá que ir a otra sucursal, ojalá pongan atención en la contratación y preparación de su personal. Es una inversión en la cual uno como cliente tiene todo el derecho de pedir información sin que seas obligado a dar tus datos personales sin garantía de que serán resguardados.
Bad attention from the employee who informs you about the brand. Rude, tax and if you don't give your personal data it doesn't give you information. La sala de exhibición es muy amplia y presenta hasta cinco unidades al frente.
La atención es muy buena por parte de los agentes y puedes hacer uso de la sala de espera, en lo que miras los videos con la historia y los modelos clásicos de la MG.
Cuenta con baños y también puedes solicitar la prueba de manejo de cualquier unidad.
Los vehiculares están a precios muy accesibles y por debajo de sus respectivos competidores en marcas como Mazda, Honda, Toyota, etc. Estos precios son posibles gracias a la manufactura de origen chino que conserva el diseño Inglés de la marca.
