★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio todo muy bien la atención pero lo que no te dicen es que tardarán meses en que llegue tu vehículo, llevo 3 meses y hay quien lleva más tiempo y no se asignan vehículos porque llegan muy pocos y la demanda esta subiendo. Los modelos están a buen precio pero si al final no puedes esperar al menos 4-6 meses para que llegue pues de nada sirve. Hay servicio de valet parking.
At first everything was very good, but what they don't tell you is that it will take months for your vehicle to arrive, I've been here for 3 months and there are those who take longer and vehicles are not assigned because very few arrive and the demand is increasing. The models are at a good price but if in the end you cannot wait at least 4-6 months for it to arrive, then it is useless. There is valet parking service.

El vendedor nunca nos avisó los avances de nuestro carro, nosotros tuvimos que contactarl varias veces, fue descortés y desinteresado. uando fuimos a buscarlo él no estaba y nos atendio mucho mejor otro vendedor. Al momento de la entrega fue muy condescendiente y nos subestimaba, hacía comentarios tipo "este es un volante y con este se maneja". Y aparte de todo, me entregaron el carro sin tapetes "porque la marca no incluye tapetes". Llamé a la agencia de lomas verdes y resulta que SÍ se incluyen los tapetes. Qué lástima que la marca acepte personas de esta calaña entre sus filas. Si por mí fuera, le quitaba la comisión y se la daba al otro vendedor que nos atendió muy bien.

At the time of delivery, he was very condescending and underestimated us, making comments like "this is a steering wheel and you drive with it." And apart from everything, they gave me the car without floor mats "because the brand does not include floor mats." I called the Lomas Verdes agency and it turns out that YES the mats are included. What a pity that the brand accepts people of this ilk among its ranks. If it were up to me, I would remove the commission and give it to the other seller who treated us very well.
