★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo te sacan el dinero con sus "investigaciones" no se les ocurra entregar ninguna documentación, yo entregue toda la documentación que me pidieron después de de que me regresaron más de 3 veces y se tardaron más de 1 mes en decirme que mi investigación era aprobatoria. Además de que las secretarías que te atienden no están capacitadas y te atienden en una oficina ubicada en un edificio que parece vecindad.
Este lugar es un fraude

Dicen en la inmobiliaria que la culpa es mía porque tiendo mucha ropa, que incluso quizá estoy lavando ropa de alguien más, y que en cuanto tengan el presupuesto de los gastos generados, van a hablar conmigo para decirme ¨cuánto fue¨. Me entregaron el inmueble sucio, sin drenaje, y el baño estaba hasta usado por alguien. No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria para nada.

Desde que me entregaron, previo contrato celebrado, el departamento súper sucio. Sucio nivel inhumano.
Se cayó una columna del edifico y la inmobiliaria quiso inculparme. El dueño decidió construir un departamento sin permiso de protección civil (con la columna ya caída) y habilitar otros dos departamentos abandonados, causando toda clase de estropicios. El último, dañarme la tubería de agua caliente, darme datos de alguien que lo iba arreglar, y después me llama el tipo Carreño, el contador de esta inmobiliaria, para decirme que yo contrato gente por mi cuenta y que él no va a aprobar nada.
También le cambiaron las condiciones de uso de cuando llegué a después de la obra, “porque las cosas ya cambiaron”. No llevo ni un año aquí y es la peor decisión que he tomado. Tanto el dueño, Antonio García Mingo, como la inmobiliaria, se negaron en su momento a rescindir el contrato, y sólo buscaron negociar para que yo accediera a las molestias causadas para la construcción, argumentando siempre que todo sería para mejorar, y ahora no quieren ni que utilice mi lavadora, la cual fue previamente acordada.
No renten aquí. Hablen con los vecinos del edificio, todos tenemos algo que decir.

Las secretarias son nefastas e ignorantes, sus oficinas están en una unidad, no son serios, me hicieron dar mi vueltas pidiéndome documentación que desde el inicio les lleve, al final entregue toda la documentación tal y como lo solicitan sus formatos, pero no conformes me sacaron $100 pesos extra por dos hojas de papel con información del SAT que yo previamente ya les había dado, justificando que ellos necesitan una carátula oficial. Solo te sacan el dinero, eviten dolores de cabeza y mejor busquen otras opciones.
