Refiriéndose que las pruebas de manejo se agendan con mucha anticipación, que no puede ser de hoy para hoy. La semana del 18 de abril 2022, acudí a la agencia para conocer físicamente los modelos con los que cuenta la agencia, me mostraron dos modelos de los cuales pedí cotización y obviamente al sentirme interesado en comprar cualquiera de los dos modelos, solicité una prueba de manejo para la semana del 25 de abril. Daniela Díaz tomó mis datos y quedó muy formalmente en contactarme para confirmar la cita un día antes de la prueba de manejo, cosa que nunca sucedió ya que tuve que comunicarme para validar si haríamos la prueba de manejo a lo que me contestó que los demos no estaban disponibles. En ningún momento se tomó la molestia en contactarme para avisar que no podría hacer la prueba de manejo. Ahora me queda duda si la atención será la misma en caso de llegar a comparar el vehículo en esta agencia. Pero si un cliente toca a tu puerta y sigues ahí, reconsidera por lo menos hablar con él. La recepcionista solo me hizo señas desde su lugar girando los dedos "vuelva mañana".... Pésimo. Le pedí se acercara, lo único que quería era ver de cerca un auto, no necesitaba nada más. Y se negó. No lo consultó con nadie, simplemente no. Ni un folleto me ofreció. Muy mal, evidentemente ella no gana por comisión y no tienen problemas de clientes, pues se dan el lujo de batearlos... Please arrive 7:10 pm, 10 minutes after closing. I understand that businesses have a schedule and staff have a right to rest. But if a customer knocks on your door and you're still there, reconsider at least talking to them.
