M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moyen. Des poils de torse noirs sur le drap sur lequel j’ai dû m’allonger à croire que tout le monde s’allonge sur le même. Un plaid pour tous aussi. La masseuse est sur son téléphone toutes les 5 min ce qui provoque des « pauses » dans la relaxation, car on se demande quand elle va revenir. On annonce 1h et en fait c’étaient 50min. La dame me raccompagne sans me regarder à l’accueil, me présente à celle qui s’occupe de la caisse et part sans dire un mot même pas au revoir et la tête rivée sur son portable. En plus elle a terminé le massage (qui lui était très bien par contre, rien à dire) par le visage et sachant que ses doigts étaient sur le portable plusieurs fois depuis ça m’a dégoûté. Il faudrait quelqu’un qui s’occupe de prendre les rdv et quelqu’un qui masse et pas les deux à la fois ! Sans compter la sonnerie du portable… bref. Je parle espagnol et pas un petit mot personnel à mon égard, juste massage, et (pas!) au revoir. Medium. Black chest hair on the sheet I had to lie on thinking everyone lies on the same one. A plea for all too. The masseuse is on her phone every 5 mins causing "pauses" in relaxation as you wonder when she'll be back. We announce 1h and in fact it was 50min. The lady accompanies me without looking at me at the reception, introduces me to the one who takes care of the cash register and leaves without saying a word, not even saying goodbye and her head riveted on her cell phone. In addition she finished the massage (which was very good for her on the other hand, nothing to say) by the face and knowing that her fingers were on the cellphone several times since that disgusted me. It would take someone who takes care of making appointments and someone who massages and not both at the same time! Not to mention the ringing of the cell phone… well. I speak Spanish and not a personal word about me, just massage, and (not!) goodbye.
N	Nigel Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great massage with beautiful products. I live in London and have a regular massage. Called in here and Sandra was able to give me a 1 hour relaxing massage. The room was warm, comfortable bed, soothing music - great ambience. Sandra was thorough and clearly highly trained and experienced. She used great smelling products which did not leave me feeling oily or greasy. I would highly recommend this place for a massage.
W	Wes Wakefield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty easily the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. Sample size of ~60. Products: I’ve never felt more gross after a massage. The amount of oil she had to apply in order maintain lubrication was quite remarkable. They also use very corse materials. Such as the towel that lines table and the rag that’s used to take wipe off the oil. The tactile experience is hard to bear. Therapist: No discernible technique here. She missed multiple key areas and had this strange tendency to massage bones. Sort of my fault- I asked at the front what types of massages they have. They said the therapist can do many types and to tell her what you’d like. Red flag + therapist doesn’t speak English. Environment: Probably the only reason I decided to go ahead and get a massage was it was in a very nice part of town. The facility itself is pretty grungy, which isn’t itself a major problem. It is Mexico, so that’s not really a thing I’d normally weigh highly. But it did feel out of place in such a nice neighborhood. Price: Price was fine. I would’ve felt very good about it had it been a great massage.
