★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, compré la máquina de helado y le faltó una pieza, y no me quisieron cambiar el jugué, que me vendían la pieza aparte , osea se supone que pague por un juguete completo. Fue regalo de día de Reyes para mi hija y decepción total. Son un fraude. No la compren.
Terrible, I bought the ice cream machine and it was missing a piece, and they did not want to change the toy, they sold me the piece separately, I mean I am supposed to pay for a complete toy. It was a Three Kings Day gift for my daughter and a total disappointment. They are a fraud. Don't buy it.

Hoy tuve la peor de las atenciones ,fui a comprar un artículo de paw patrol el cual tenía un precio y a la hora pagar su costo era el doble ,los empleados de muy mala gana me ofendieron y dieron una mala atención que degradable que tenga gente así Y SO RE TODO QUE NO RESPETEN LOS PRECIOS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es una bodega muy amplia, en verdad encuentras todos los juguetes de la marca mi alegría, no hay necesidad en ir a buscar a otro lado. También encuentras otros productos como pelotas, balones, bicicletas, patinetas, todo para niños, yo creo con edad menor de 14 años. Los precios siempre han sido accesibles. El personal se porta agradable y servicial. No hay lugar de estacionamiento debido a que está en una avenida principal, hay que dejar el auto en calles aledañas.
The place is a very large warehouse, you can really find all the toys of the mi alegría brand, there is no need to go looking elsewhere. You also find other products such as balls, bicycles, skateboards, everything for children, I think under 14 years old. Prices have always been affordable. The staff is nice and helpful. There is no parking space because it is on a main avenue, you have to leave the car in nearby streets.
