Agarre una de las canastillas y a la salida ya habia carritos por lo que el encargado en turno nos dijo a otra señora y a mi que no podíamos sacar el canasto al estacionamiento. Le comente que cuando habíamos llegado no había carritos por lo que me dijo con actitud pues allí hay 20 y le dije pues entonces necesitan encargar más porque eso no es suficiente. Tome mis cosas y las tuve que cambiar al carrito para poder llevar mis cosas a mi coche. Necesitan gente capaz para el trabajó, asegurar que haya suficientes carros para evitar estas situaciones y si no pueden ser cortes con el cliente pues que se vayan a otro lado a trabajar.
Very bad experience, I arrived and there were no carts for the errand. I grabbed one of the baskets and at the exit there were already carts so the manager on duty told another lady and me that we could not take the basket out to the parking lot. I told him that when we arrived there were no carts so he told me with attitude because there are 20 there and I told him then they need to order more because that is not enough. I took my things and I had to change them to the cart to be able to take my things to my car. They need capable people for the job, to ensure that there are enough cars to avoid these situations and if they cannot be courteous to the client then they must go elsewhere to work.
