Para comenzar, en la entrada no tienen guardabultos, afuera de la tienda hay unos carritos de la propia tienda donde te dicen que tienes que dejar tus bultos ya que no te permiten entrar con ellos, pero ninguna persona los cuida, es decir quienquiera puede llevárselos fácilmente, robártelos, porque comunican que ellos no se hacen responsables. Dentro de la tienda es un completo desorden, en todos los pasillos hay cajas, productos, escaleras, cosas tiradas, etcétera, que obstaculizan el tránsito por ellos. Está muy sucia la tienda, la higiene es muy mala. No se respetan las medidas preventivas contra la Covid-19, porque los pasillos son demasiado estrechos y con obstáculos lo cual provoca que las personas estén muy cercanas o en contacto, lo cual puede provocar contagios del Coronavirus. La atención al cliente también es muy mala, no encuentras quien pueda ayudarte a localizar productos o precios. Y cuando de casualidad se localiza a alguien no son amables. Bodega Aurrerá Ixtepec.
