Estoy bastante decepcionada del servicio que recibí por teléfono la mañana de el día Agosto, 16 del 2021 a las 9:28. Estaba buscando hacer una compra en linea para mis suegros desde USA. Hable por teléfono a la tienda para informarme que opciones de entrega ofrecen. El joven que me pasaron por teléfono me informó que no hay entrega, que solamente que el cliente vaya a recoger el artículo en la tienda. A lo que respondí yo: muy bien. Le pregunté de la disponibilidad de una televisión específicamente, ya que aparece en linea pero los filtros de búsqueda no me daban la oportunidad de encontrar esta información. Me dijo el muchacho: “Mejor ven a la tienda y ya tu checas lo que hay disponible, vale?” Le volví a recordar que no me era posible ir en persona por la miles de millas que hay de por medio pero que yo quería dejar todo listo y pagado para la conveniencia de mis seres queridos y proseguí a preguntarle su nombre. Tartamudeó “Pelaez”. Entonces le hizé una tercera pregunta: que si Bodega Aurrera ofrece envíos y recibo de dinero por Western Union (Al igual que su competencia Elektra). Me dijó que ya le estaba yo haciendo muchas preguntas y que lo que quisiera yo saber que fuera en persona. Y que le estaban hablando y se tenia que ir. Y me colgó el teléfono! Estoy tan confundida con su mal servicio porque no le pregunté nada de otro planeta. Le hablé perfecto español, no chino ni Arabe. Y se supone que si estas contestando una llamada de un cliente es porque estas calificado. Pero no, creo que posiblemente ni la primaria terminó Pelaez! He conocido a personas que ni a 5to grado llegaron con mas educación y más cultivado que el asociado que hablo conmigo hoy. Para mi buena suerte pude ser atendida en Elektra con gran profesionalismo y complete mi compra en linea en la pagina de Elektra con ayuda de la señorita que me atendió y ya hasta mis suegros recogieron su regalo! En poco tiempo iremos de visita y ya sé a donde NO IR a comprar!
I am quite disappointed in the service that I received by phone on the morning of August 16, 2021 at 9:28. I was looking to make an online purchase for my in-laws from the USA. I called the store on the phone to find out what delivery options they offer. The young man who passed me on the phone informed me that there is no delivery, that only the customer will pick up the item at the store. To which I replied: very good. I asked him about the availability of a television specifically, since it appears online but the search filters did not give me the opportunity to find this information. The boy said to me: "You better come to the store and you check what's available, okay?" I reminded him again that it was not possible for me to go in person for the thousands of miles involved but that I wanted to leave everything ready and paid for the convenience of my loved ones and I continued to ask him his name. "Pelaez" stuttered. So I asked him a third question: that if Bodega Aurrera offers shipping and receipt of money through Western Union (Like its competition Elektra). He told me that I was already asking him a lot of questions and that whatever I wanted to know was in person. And that they were talking to him and he had to go. And I hung up the phone! I am so confused about his poor service because I didn't ask him anything from another planet. I spoke perfect Spanish to him, not Chinese or Arabic. And it is assumed that if you are answering a call from a customer it is because you are qualified. But no, I think maybe not even the primary school finished Pelaez! I have met people who did not even reach 5th grade with more education and cultivation than the associate I am talking to today. For my good luck I was able to be attended at Elektra with great professionalism and I completed my online purchase on the Elektra website with the help of the lady who attended me and even my in-laws collected their gift! In a short time we will visit and I already know where NOT to go to buy!

Falta demasiado abastecimiento para el lugar donde esta ubicada y el tránsito diario de personas locales y de sitios aledaños.
