★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, ya en más de dos ocasiones me ha tocado mala atención, no respetan precios publicados, la mayoría de los empleados desconocen la información, el gerente nunca aparece para aclarar algún problema y no se pueden hacer devoluciones de compras en línea. Lo mismo que cualquier otra bodega pero con pésima atención.
Terrible customer service, on more than two occasions I have received bad attention, they do not respect published prices, most of the employees do not know the information, the manager never appears to clarify a problem and online purchases cannot be returned. The same as any other winery but with terrible attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lugar peligroso, el poco cuidado en infraestructura y mantenimiento a la instalaciones hacen este lugar un peligro. Esta tienda se esta derrumbando, y gracias a la corrupcion por parte de proteccion civil, la tienda se mantiene abierta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muchas gracias a todo el personal por atendernos con amabilidad y rapidez a equipo de la Empresa pienso que deberían cambiar la tienda más céntrica y buscar un espacio a un lado de coppel o enfrente del hospital aún ay mucho terreno para construir o a la salida Salvatierra antes de llegar a la gasolinera tambien ay espacio cuestión de reubicarlo por seguridad para evitar incidencias gracias.
Thank you very much to all the staff for assisting us with kindness and speed to the Company team I think they should change the most central store and look for a space next to coppel or in front of the hospital there is still a lot of land to build or at the Salvatierra exit before getting to the gas station there is also space to relocate it for safety to avoid incidents thanks.
