After that they blamed me for not moving to get my plants with FEDEX since I paid them overnight shipping and I spoke to FedEx and emailed them several times. And the owner asked me not to file a claim and please wait for the plants and to water them and then return them to him (he knew the conditions of his plants so he insisted so much). And accept and do not cancel the order (serious error). FEDEX fell apart because it is forbidden to send plants with them ❌ and still these unethical people do. Still explaining and everything and seeing that in the end I was left empty-handed because all the plants died. They were not responsible, I asked them to return a very low amount for what I paid because I understand that they also lost and they no longer answered the messages. Until I filed the claim and that was when they told me that the plants should not be sent and these abusers said that it is not their fault ? And the shipment if you are bad because you know it is a lie and I have cameras and messages where they check that they did not happen and I was at home and you told me that PLEASE do not cancel and that I was waiting for them and I was worried because I did not want them to die the poor plants.
